1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Free of stains, odors, or damage

With all tags and accessories included

In the same condition you received them
Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations

3. Return Process
To begin a return, you must contact us via email at:

We will review your request and provide return instructions and the proper return address.
Do not send items back without receiving return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

Allow 24 hours for a possible delayed delivery scan
We will do our best to assist, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed for packages marked as delivered.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
