Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Elensil is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
